Plarium released RAID: Shadow Legends update 11.80.0 on October 8, 2026, on PC via Steam and on mobile. The App Store build went live a day earlier, on October 7. There is no new game mode this time. Instead, the patch tunes existing content: two champion reworks, a lighter Faction Wars Hard Mode, better artifact chests and new Clan vs Clan objectives. Plarium followed it with a Reward Calendar on October 13 and a community digest on October 16.
Skartorsis becomes a real revive support
The Legendary champion Skartorsis gets the biggest change in the patch. His kit now leans hard into team support:
- His first skill's chance to steal a buff from each enemy rises from 30% to 50%. He then shares one of his own buffs with all allies.
- His buff skill now gives a stronger second buff (50% instead of 30%) and cuts all allies' cooldowns by 1 turn.
- His cleanse skill now revives all allies at 50% HP and 50% Turn Meter, removes debuffs and heals based on his max HP. It works even when no ally is dead.
- A new passive fills his Turn Meter by 10% at the end of each turn, or 20% if an ally is down.
Kurosa the Covetous gets stronger in both forms
The Mythical Kurosa the Covetous gets upgrades to her Base Form and her Alternate Form:
- Base Form heals more, shields more and restores part of each ally's destroyed max HP.
- She is now immune to Fear and True Fear, as confirmed by guide site HellHades, and fully heals when she transforms.
- In Alternate Form, her AoE attack hits harder and gains 15% damage for each buff stolen. Bosses can no longer resist its debuff.
- Her self-buff skill now cleanses her first, and the buffs it places are protected.
Faction Wars Hard Mode is easier
Plarium lowered enemy HP, ATK and DEF on Hard difficulty, stages 1 to 21, in five crypts:
- Dark Elves
- Orcs
- Banner Lords
- High Elves
- Ogryn Tribes
Enemy line-ups and boss mechanics stay the same, so your current teams still apply. HellHades reports that Plarium plans to adjust the Faction Wars Hard Mode challenges in update 11.90.
Better odds in artifact chests
Nine chests now give a higher chance of higher-rank, higher-rarity artifacts. The list covers the Dragon, Ice Golem and Fire Knight chests, their Elite versions, and the Exquisite, Magnificent and Supreme chests. Chests already sitting in your inbox get the new odds too, so there is no reason to open them early.
Clan vs Clan, Doom Tower and fixes
- Clan vs Clan tournaments add objectives for crafting and upgrading Relics.
- Doom Tower Auto-Climb now shows every reward from a run, not just 10 unique ones.
- Live Arena no longer leaves players stuck on the "Processing..." screen when the connection drops during matchmaking.
- Multi-Battles with Khamir Scald-eye no longer slow down and overheat devices.
- Abbess's Mass Impalement once again hits all enemies, and fixes land for Inquisitor Shamael, Arne the White, The Tin Woodman and more.
Also this month
- Reward Calendar (October 13): log in for 25 days in a row for daily rewards, including Swift Parry gear, Gemstones and a Legendary Relic that players vote on.
- Hero's Path event (October 9): earn hero coins from summons and gear to unlock perfect souls for The Tin Woodman and Theimios the Everdrinker.
- Third-party tools (October 16): in its latest digest, Plarium said it does not endorse outside tools and warned they can damage accounts or lead to bans.
What's next
The October 16 digest confirms that the next Clan vs Clan tournament will include personal rewards. The Festival of Frights theme is also building toward Halloween. Check the in-game news for exact dates.
