Lilith Games released Rise of Kingdoms version 1.1.12 on September 22, 2026, on iOS and Android. As of October 17 it is still the latest build on the App Store, and its Halloween content is what players are working through this month. A guide from game shop LDShop gives it the name Dreams of Phantasma. The official release notes cover five areas: Halloween events, new features, Lost Kingdom changes, combat fixes and other features.
Halloween event series
The official notes tease the Halloween series without listing every event. The LDShop guide names four of them:
- Esmeralda's Prayer, a luck-based spin event
- Esmeralda's Collection, the free way to earn coins for Esmeralda's Prayer
- Race Against Time, a time-limited challenge
- In Search of Wonders, focused on high-quality armaments
Lilith has not published exact end dates in the release notes, so check the in-game Events tab before you spend.
Radiant Rivalry: a one-on-one kingdom duel
The release notes list Radiant Rivalry as "available soon." According to LDShop, it starts as a Pioneer experience in select new kingdoms, and Camp Treaty is also reached through Pioneer at first. Based on LDShop's summary, Radiant Rivalry works like this:
- Two kingdoms of similar strength are matched against each other.
- In a preparation phase lasting several days, members complete quests to earn points. The kingdom with the higher total gets an advantage.
- In the battle phase, the winner teleports into the loser's territory to attack its Radiant Spire, which the defenders must hold.
- Players earn Radiant Emblems to spend in the Radiance Shop.
Camp Treaty and five new commanders
Camp Treaty is a new feature for Season of Conquest stories. According to LDShop, the leader of the coalition holding a Crusader Fortress can negotiate for their camp. The treaty decides how rewards such as the Star of Champions are split once the Ziggurat falls.
The Season of Conquest tavern also adds five commanders:
- Choe Yeong
- Shajar al-Durr
- John Hunyadi
- Philip II
- Stephen III
Other event changes: the Wheel of Fortune event has been adjusted, and Clash of Divine Isles gets optimizations.
Lost Kingdom and season changes
KvK players get the longest list of changes:
- Seasons 1 to 3 have been adjusted.
- In Season 3 (King of All Britain), you no longer pick a starting province in Eve of the Crusade. Camps are assigned during matchmaking, then gain buffs based on their point rankings from that event.
- Domain matchmaking now allows different domains of the same kingdom to land in the same Lost Kingdom.
- New individual season rank rewards include limited-time titles based on your Lost Kingdom performance.
- The quest order in Will of the Ancients has changed.
Combat and quality-of-life fixes
- Map combat no longer suffers from troop sliding caused by attack animations starting too early.
- Graphics and combat settings have more options.
- In the Song of Troy story, Artemis's Darkmoon Ambush now prioritizes the caster's troop.
- Alp Arslan's Two-Headed Eagle description was rewritten. The skill itself is unchanged.
- Devices with a medium graphics recommendation now show remastered troop models by default. You can switch back under Unit Visuals.
