Star Trek Fleet Command Division 12 update: new Epic officer Rose Harper and Skin of My Enemies events

Scopely released the Division 12 update for Star Trek Fleet Command on October 15, 2026, on PC, iOS and Android (App Store version M95.5.8). This Halloween release brings a short horror story, a new Epic officer, a new battle pass and three ship events that run until October 19.

A Halloween case on the U.S.S. Griffin

Division 12 is the Starfleet unit that looks into events nobody can explain. Its new case takes place on the U.S.S. Griffin. The ship's decorated Chief Security Officer, Rose Harper, grows paranoid and turns on her own crew. The investigators find no outside cause, and the patch notes leave the case open.

New Epic officer: Villains Rose Harper

Harper is also the update's headline officer. Villains Rose Harper is an Epic officer for players at Ops 61 and above. The App Store notes list her as "SNW Rose Harper," but the official patch notes use the Villains tag. Her kit is built for players who raid other stations:

• Dilithium Reaver (officer ability): shifts raid loot toward Dilithium. By default, a raid takes about 8% of its haul in Dilithium. At rank 5, that share rises to 60%, as long as no other resource modifiers are active.
• The Apparition (below-deck ability): raises Isolytic Defense against players flying FKR ships or the U.S.S. Vengeance, from 400% at rank 1 to 1,000% at rank 5.

Her shards come from the battle pass Elite track.

The Division 12 battle pass

The Supply, Starship and Officer exchanges return, with new rewards in each track.

• Free track: the final milestone fully unlocks a Rare officer. That's Suder at Ops 20 to 60, or WOK Leonard McCoy at Ops 61 and above.
• Elite track, Havens: a limited-time exchange offers one Epic Haven structure for your station. The options are the Captain's Lounge or the Klingon Opera House (Ops 61+), the Zhal Makh Temple (Ops 63+) and Quark's Bar (Ops 71+).
• Elite track, ships: Borg Sphere blueprints and parts, plus a full Epic refit for the Romulan Bird of Prey line. The refit adds between 250% and 2,000% damage against non-Armada hostiles, depending on the ship.
• Elite track, officers: a choice of full officer unlocks by Ops range, and Rose Harper shards at Ops 61+.

The battle pass also moves to a new icon at the top right of the screen. The Unlock Elite button now opens a screen that compares the Elite offers before you buy.

Skin of My Enemies events

Three solo milestone events and a cross-server leaderboard run from October 15 to October 19, 9:00 a.m. PT. Each one asks you to use the featured ship and tier it up:

• Voyager (Ops 34+): defeat Delta Quadrant hostiles to earn the Biosuperiority Refit.
• Excelsior (Ops 51+): defeat V'ger Fighters to earn the Isolytic Replica Refit.
• Kelcie Mae (Ops 61+): mine Isogenite and Geodes to earn the Quantum Entanglement Refit, which adds 10,000 cargo capacity.

On the Skin of the Rival leaderboard, at Ops 34-60 you score by spending ship upgrade materials and completing the events. At Ops 61+, you score by spending Resonance Charges, completing the events, and upgrading buildings or finishing research. The top three players fully unlock the SNW Enterprise refit and get the "Hit It" title.

Also this month

• Update 95.3 (October 1) added a Prime research node that cuts U.S.S. Kelcie Mae upgrade time by 50%. It also shortened the Automated Defenses refit cooldown.
• U.S.S. Dauntless: its Seek and Destroy ability now gets stuck less often.
• Cam's Log (October 7): Scopely's Cam Stewart explained changes to how player feedback is handled. A blog introducing the game's new General Manager is coming.

What's next

• October 19, 9:00 a.m. PT: the Skin of My Enemies events and leaderboard end.
• November 1: Kelcie Mae blueprints are guaranteed in all T2 and T3 territory zones, for that rotation only. From December 1, they go back to being a random drop.
• November 2: Crucible of War returns.
